About Mr. Metro
My journey didn't start in the car rental business.
At 16, I was just a kid with a dream, learning life through hard work — from plumbing and HVAC to DoorDash and eventually working as a postal employee. Every chapter taught me discipline, consistency, and the importance of showing up.
What I wanted most was ownership — to build something reliable, honest, and mine.

What are the requirements to rent a car?
• Valid driver's license
• Must be 21+
• Sign the contract
• Be deposit-ready
How do I pick up and return the rental car?
Can be picked up at a designated location or dropped off for an additional fee. Must be picked up or dropped off by 6 pm on the return date.
What are your business hours?
Monday - Friday: 8 am - 6 pm
Saturday - Sunday: 10 am - 3 pm
Communication is expected only during business hours, otherwise a fee may apply.
What are the conditions for returning the rental car?
Must be in the same condition as received. Includes being clean, undamaged, having a full tank of gas, and being fully functional. A quick inspection will be completed upon return.
What is the mileage limit on rentals?
Allowed up to 120 miles per day. Over 120 miles, a charge of 50 cents per mile applies.
What additional fees may apply?
May apply for loss of safety deposit, smoking, damage, or necessary repairs. No fees if the rental is returned in its original condition.
